We are looking for passionate leaders to join our growing team of coaches.  CME & Associates is a fast growing consulting company that consistently improves our customer’s fixed operations departments. 

An ideal candidate will be able to both work as a member of the team as well as excel individually.  We are a coaching organization not a traditional consulting operation.  Our clients are dealerships and the OEM's so our coaches must be professional, goal oriented, and highly energetic people.  If you are just looking for another contract...please look somewhere else. 

We teach our customers how to improve their operations and maintain those improvements indefinitely.  Being able to create and maintain long lasting customer relationships requires a high degree of interpersonal skills, personal integrity and a sincere commitment to customer satisfaction. 

Previous teaching or consulting experience is preferred but not required.  Automotive experience in Fixed Operations is required, management experience a plus.   The ideal candidate would be able to manage a business within a business and conform to our high level of standards.  We acknowledge a competitive compensation package will be required to hire this level of individual..
